To discount future cash flows including lease rentals. General corporate purposes- like augmentation of long resources for working capital management/acquisition and/or refinance of fixed assets/prepayment of high cost loans/ availing loan against identifiable assets without joining consortium etc.
Expected cash flows within 3-5 years/lease rentals receivable from shopping /office complexes up to a period of 10 years. Lower of 30% of cash/rent inflows and 50% of Market value of property.
3-10 years - Loan to be repaid within the period of cash flow taken into consideration for determining maximum permissible advance.
