With Fund Transfer Facility

We have taken another step of bringing convenience of online booking Indian Railway ticket. You can book your ticket/s online over Internet, by paying through your Bank account.

We will take you to Indian Railway's Online Ticket Booking website when you click on hyperlink "Click here to Book Your Indian Railway's Ticket" below. The steps to be followed, thereafter are as under :

  1. If you are already signed up with the Indian Railway Online Booking site, give your User Id and Password, else signup with Indian Railway Online Booking site.
  2. Click on the button - 'Go'.
  3. Provide requisite journey/other details.
  4. Select your Train.
  5. Click on 'Book Ticket'. Optionally, you can check on availability and fare and then click on the 'Book Ticket'.
  6. Provide the passenger and other requisite details.
  7. Click on the button - 'Go'.
  8. Verify the details and click on the button - 'Make Payment'.
  9. Read and agree to the Terms and Condition of Online Ticket Booking prescribed by Indian Railways, before proceeding further for payment.
  10. Click on the button 'Buy Now'.
  11. Select the Internet Banking facility availed with us - Retail or Corporate.
  12. Enter your Internet Banking User Id and Login Password, and verify payment details on the next screen.
  13. On the payment screen, select the account for making the payment.
  14. Enter your Internet Banking User ID and Transaction Password.
  15. Click on the OK button.
  16. On successful payment, a reference number will be generated; it can be used for future reference.
  17. You will be taken back to Indian Railways Ticket Booking site, where Indian Railway system will display the ticket details. You have the option to print your ticket immediately/ or on a later date from the Indian Railways Ticket Booking site.

If you have not yet availed our Internet banking facility, please

1. Apply for StarConnect Internet Banking Services (for Core Banking Branches) with Fund Transfer Facility.

2. Click here to download the request form. Fill it and submit the same to your Branch.

3. You shall receive your User ID and Password directly by Post/ Courier.

4. Forward your acknowledgement for receipt of password at your end.

5. Follow the steps mentioned above.

Transaction charges of Rs 10.00 for IRCTC ticket bookings (inclusive of service tax, as applicable) will be levied w.e.f.01.05.2010 for all online e Payments made on IRCTC web site using our Starconnect Internet Banking facility or Debit cum ATM card
